Skin Thrashers Hotdogs - Anderson

I hadn't had Skin's in a couple of years, so I was excited to stop by while I was in Anderson for lunch. I went with two "all the way" sandwiches with slaw, and they were an excellent choice. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to take pictures. Food rating: 5/5.

I grew up with Carolina Chili Dogs and this is a taste of home for me. Weiner, carolina chili, onions and mustard on a soft steamed bun. I had 2 with some sour cream and onion chips and a side of pickle spears. Simple perfection for me, I've missed these and Skins is a great place to get them.Food: 5/5

I was not impressed with these boiled hotdogs and unseasoned chili. I got a hotdog in a cup (no bun). It was pretty much tasteless. The slaw was good and I guess they know that since it costs extra. Between myself and my bf, 2 hotdogs in a cup and their special of chips drink and 2 dogs for him, it was $27!!! I'll not be back. I mean honestly next time I'll make dogs at home since I can make a LOT of them for $27 and they'll taste MUCH better
