Most amazing customer service by the store manager tonight (wish we had gotten her name)! They were all out of Mac cheese for the kid's meal. When she saw how sad my son got, she substituted the tortellini for no extra charge and even surprised us with some cookies as we were finishing our food. We will definitely make this Panera our regular location!

Love Panera! They closed the store by me so I don 't get to go very often. Anytime we 're on the other side of town we 're sure to stop for a 'grown up ' grilled cheese sandwich! Yum
