Both service and quality have really seem to have dropped off, despite the price going up.

Food is good as usual but this time was given the wrong order of my burger. The line was super long and I already waited 15 minutes to go back and exchange order; so therefore I was stuck with the order ?

Employee (manager on shift) tried to return bagged food to another lady myself after we had been given the wrong orders through the drive-thru. We both stated we had been in each other's bag, the food. We asked for our orders to be remade fresh since time had passed, our orders were in cars, another person's possession. When I explained the situation to the manager, she was quite inappropriate, standoffish, did not offer explanation, nor apology,

Food is not bad, good price as well. I usually get the blt sandwich. The only thing I would like to critique is that every time, all the bacon is always all on just one side of the sandwich. It's not spread out. I also find myself now getting the floats they have. I've become addicted to them!

Parking: Anderson store depending on the time you go parking can be easy to find or hard due to how close other places are to it but totally worth it!!!!
