Arby's - Anderson

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We love dining here, and we appreciate that it's one of the few places with a dining room open for food. We definitely recommend it!

Service was slow and they have our order wrong, 20 minutes waiting from the time we give them our order on the drive thru loudspeaker. also eating was grounded and the pommes were old. the long waiting time, the wrong order and the pommes are unlikely that we will come back.

The customer service was great and the food was warm, but the shake was melted. I'm pretty sure it was a result as long as I sat in the drive-thru (45 minutes)

Order 2 1/2 pound roast beef (and paid for 2). I got home and 1 1/2 pounds and a brisket. they also asked for my dedication, and they did not give it to me, and to hide it from the sandwiches was cold. had a large fold cut frite and there were more curly pommes than crinkle. wont go back there.

The food is excellent and the staff are very friendly, but if you choose to dine indoors, be ready for it to be quite hot inside.
