Absolutely HORRIBLE service and attitude from the supposedly manager, young kid with short blonde hair. Went for a meatball sub, said it would take 10 minutes because meatballs weren't ready, no big deal, ran next door to food lion, grabbed couple things, went back to subway to get meatball sub 20 minutes later, got the sub, sat down at home and meatballs were cold and cheeses wasn't melted at all. Call the manager and got nothing but attitude from him. My Family and I go there a minimum of twice a week, we will not be back. You need more actual adults at the location to make sure people get what they pay for. Employees need a attitude adjustment. Second time getting attitude from this punk kid.
Bought 1 with steak and another with rotisserie chicken. They must have been running low on meat, very little on sandwiches. By the way they don't accept coupons. Will never go there again.
When I walked in there was a line, no problem. The problem occurs when the customer in front of me tell the employee behind the counter that he placed an online order and hand her (the employee) his phone. She had on gloves when she took his phone to look at the order and when she gave it back to him she did NOT change her gloves and proceeds to handle the food with dirty gloves. Do you know how many germs are on a cell phone at any given time....ewwww? What happened to ServeSafe certification knowledge. Anyway, another employee who appeared to be the manager took my order and when I told him what happened he never once asked her to change her gloves, so I requested that all of the food that was used to make my sandwich come from the cooler. The employee had contaminated every container of food she touched with those dirty gloves on.
