Not bad, it was just not the best I had of red lobster

The restaurant had a very chill vibe and our servers were super friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were delicious. Can't wait to return!

The service at this restaurant was not up to par. It took 30 minutes to receive my drink and when my food finally arrived, it was incorrect. Overall, it was not the best dining experience and I will not be returning.

Although we had a pleasant dining experience and our server was excellent, the Open Table "Priority Seating" did not seem to make a difference as we still had to wait a significant amount of time upon arrival. When I checked in, the hostess informed us that there were several parties ahead of us and that it would be approximately a 30-minute wait.

It is Red Lobster; it will be the same wherever you go. I wanted to share this review so everyone does not run into the same problem I had when booking on OpenTable. I was very careful not to say that I had a reservation, as it is clear when you go thru Open Table that Red Lobster does not consider it a reservation, but they will give you priority seating so you go on the top of the wait list when you get there). The manager there did not know what Open Table was and insisted that they did not use it. i had to push back and show her my confirmation email. Long story short...they had it. They just use different terminology and refer to it as a 'call in '. Save yourself some grief and some evil stares by just telling them you are on the call in list.
