Wendy's - Andalusia

Absolutely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The floor was sticky. The food was cold and it took us over 20 minutes to get our order.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Very unorganized. We just ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger....literally just this item. They didn't put bacon or tomato on it. The bread was hard as a rock, couldn't even eat it. I will never eat out at Wendy's again.

Bottom line. If you can't have enough people working or can't handle the amount of comstmers coming in. And having to wait more than 15 minutes. For a frosty. Only one kind No spoons, no this or that or the other at times I see 2 things that needs to happen pay more to get more staff. Or close the doors. To many people are leaving or getting pissed off . And then walking out. Getting a bad rep ant good for business. I wouldn't think .

The food is good the service not so much. Breakfast shift is phenomenal. Lunch and after are horrible.

I door dashed an ordered for a bacon and cheese baked potato with a LG DrPepper. When she got there to pick up my order she was informed they did not have bacon. So she called me I was first asked if it would be ok with an just cheese and I said that was fine the while on the with door dasher then they said they had not potatos they said they could give me a burger instead. I live 1.7 miles from Wendy and by the time it took to get to my house my husband took a bit of it was cold. I then started to call them after me calling 20 times I drove there talked to a nice man and showed him the food. He said that he could not do anything until the morning because they don't take orders or calls after 12 even though they do not close until 1am. He told me to come back in the morning and he would be able to refund my order.
