Zorba's Gyros - Anchorage

I visited Friday-Flafel-Day and had a falafel along with a Greek salad, which set me back $20.50. The pita was warm, and all the ingredients were fresh and crispy. The Tzatziki sauce was excellent. The Greek salad was huge and delicious, though I would have liked it better with cucumbers. The dressing was delightful, and the salad was substantial enough to serve two people. I had the falafel for lunch, half of the salad for dinner, and saved the other half for lunch the next day. Make sure to dress the salad right before eating it, as it won't stay good if it sits for too long. Overall, it was delicious, and the customer service was excellent. Just a heads up, they prefer cash!

This is likely the best gyros in Anchorage. They also accept cards, which is a nice bonus!

Although the meat is not legit gyro meat, I still recommend them! They take cash only so be sure to have that on hand and they’re also drive thru. We ordered 2 gyros and as we drove out we took a bite and turned right back around to order more cause it was that delicious. The staff were very friendly as well.

Absolutely the best gyros in the city! zorba’s gyros and käsesteak are the favorites of the office. we always get friendly service and good food.
