Wendy's - Anchorage

I ordered number 10 without bacon and lettuce, just with a slice of tomato and some ranch dressing. I also asked for no cheese. The service was terrible. The staff need to improve their skills and do their jobs better. I'm not going to sugarcoat it, the service was awful.

Could have trained staff well, not to chat a lot during work that made so many mistakes, also delay your orders and some aren't available. Few bad experiences but there were somr good ones so i am not rating it too low.

I'm not sure if this is funny or sad. But I pulled into their parking lot on a Monday evening 6 minutes before they closed. As I was pulling into the parking lot I saw someone inside jog to the front door to lock it. As I walked to the door 20-30 seconds later he said through the door that they were closed. It was 9:55pm at the time. Inside the other 3 employees looked like they were just chatting and running out the clock.

Every time I try to go to breakfast, I am always turned away. Whether it's because their systems are down or the food is not fully ready, it's frustrating, especially since they have been open for 2 hours.

We decided to dine at this restaurant last night because it was the only place open near us. We were staying in Anchorage near the airport for the night before our cruise the next day. Despite seeing mixed reviews, we chose to give it a try for convenience. We ordered their 4 for $6 deal, which included a Junior Cheeseburger, 4 Chicken Nuggets, Junior Fries, and a drink or small Frosty. Surprisingly, our meals were pretty good and well put together, contrary to some of the reviews. It could have been just luck on our part but it wasn't bad at all. One downside was the lack of napkins, as they only had a roll of paper towels on the counter. The floor also seemed a bit slippery and could use a good mopping. However, the service was pleasant, especially the young kid who took our order. He was surprised when I used polite words like "Please" and "Thank you," which caught him off guard.
