Urban Sushi Spot - Anchorage

Very bad food. All around unpleasant experience. My softshell crab tasted like it was full of toilet water. Bulgogi tasted like it had been frozen for two years. Veggies were not fully thawed out. The best part of my meal was the beer. Worst was my check.

I was disappointed with the customer service at this restaurant. When I ordered my food, I received a rude comment about the quantity I had paid for. This made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Very understated place next to the middle of the city. Perfect place to walk in and get a nice bite to eat. The staff is very friendly and the menu is good and varied.

I ordered a teriyaki bento box, which included teriyaki chicken, rice, steamed vegetables, tempura, and four pieces of California roll. Everything was delicious, and the teriyaki was particularly outstanding.

The sushi here has a wonderful flavor and doesn't have a fishy taste at all!
