Thai Orchid Inc - Anchorage

We eat here all the time, and I can't believe I've never posted a review! The food is authentic and delicious! Just make sure you know what you want to order, as they only take orders in person due to the pandemic. Today, there's a wait of an hour and 45 minutes, but we're more than happy to wait.

I was not disappointed at all. The Pad See Ew was a solid 4 out of 5. The Thai iced tea was outstanding— I only wish I could have had more. I decided to try something different from my usual Pad Thai, and I'm glad I did. I plan to sample more items from the menu in the future.

I first discovered this amazing restaurant several years ago as a college student. I was writing a nutrition related paper on international cuisine and the gentleman at the time was kind enough to allow me to ask a variety of questions about the foods, preparation and even decor. The food here is amazing with fresh, colorful vegetables and delicious curry dishes. Hands down one of my all time favorite places for Thai.

Decided to check this place out based on other positive reviews, and it did not disappoint. The establishment is on the smaller side, but you can tell it’s a popular place. This is a gem in Anchorage, and is some of the best Thai food I’ve had. All meals are made to order, and the staff takes pride in what they serve here.

Best Thai in Anchorage, probably the state and maybe the West coast. Great staff, even better food. Can’t wait to eat there again!!!
