Subway - Anchorage

I have to commend the staff for their efforts this evening. They were unfortunately out of bread, yet faced a steady stream of customers. Despite the situation, they handled it gracefully, expressed their apologies sincerely, and still managed to whip up a couple of six-inch sandwiches for me.

Whenever I visit this restaurant, I always order the toasted tuna sandwich on white bread, topped with dill pickles and mayo. If you're a fan of tuna, this is definitely the place to be. However, the staff can be a bit rude at times, depending on who's working. If you want to enjoy the freshest food, I recommend going early before lunch.

Just bought a sandwich, employees were super nice and made my day better. The dude complemented my jacket. And I had a quick convo with both employees about food and how it relates to mental health. Thanks for being cool.

The customer service was excellent; the young woman who made the sandwiches handled everything quite well. Although she was working alone during the busy lunch hour, she managed impressively. However, the floor was sticky, likely due to a soda spill.

I arrived yesterday at 8:20 PM hoping to get three sandwiches. This location is advertised as being open until 9 PM, but I was informed they would only be able to make me one sandwich because they were closing for the day. There was no one else in the store placing orders at that time. While I was trying to decide what else to have for dinner, a group of six people arrived, only to be turned away. If you're not going to serve customers until 9 PM, please don’t post hours that say you are open until then.
