Qdoba Mexican Grill - Anchorage

I've visited this restaurant a few times and usually received reasonable portions of meat. However, during my last visit, the staff was quite stingy with the brisket. I tend to take small bites, but after just three bites of meat, I found myself searching for any leftover bits—there was hardly anything! It felt more like a garnish than an actual serving. I hope they can be a bit more generous next time.

I had my first experience at Qdoba, and I was impressed! The food was fantastic—those burritos are huge and definitely better than Taco Bell. The service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was clean. If you're looking for something different and better than Taco Bell, be sure to check this place out!

I placed a $400 catering order for my grandson’s birthday party on Sunday, July 16, 2023, and it arrived an hour late. There were no courtesy calls to update me or inform me of any issues. When I called to check on the order, which was supposed to arrive by 11:45 AM, I was told the delivery was on its way. After waiting half an hour, I called again and was told, “Let me find out where she is!” When the delivery driver finally arrived an hour late, she mentioned that I could expect a 20% to 30% discount for the inconvenience. However, upon checking my bank account, I only received a meager 10% discount. Thank you, store manager, for that generous compensation. The next time I want to inconvenience my guests and put myself in an awkward situation, I’ll make sure to give you a call.

I’ve been here twice and they are always out of guacamole. Had I known I would’ve gone elsewhere this last time. Place is disgusting and expensive. Trash all over the floors and counters.I paid $12 for a burrito with nothing but beans and rice in it because they are always out of everything. The rice and beans were more bland than normal too. I figured out where the salt went from my burrito, it was on the uneatable chips. They were the saltiest chips I’ve had in my life. My mouth burned after eating them.I love QDOBA in the lower 48. Corporate needs to do something about this location because it’s embarrassing to the brand.

I come here often and I've been happy until today. I attached a photo with all the meat pulled aside on the top left of the photo. I dissected it as I noticed the lack of meat during its creation. Maybe she was new(haven't seen her before) maybe it's new management but I would prefer to have meat in my burrito.
