Pho' Vietnam #2 - Anchorage

The customer service at this restaurant is incredible. The food is authentic and the portions are very generous with high quality ingredients. I am happy with my experience and will definitely be returning. I ordered the green curry with roasted tofu and it was delicious.

After trying out 7 different pho restaurants in Anchorage, this one has become my favorite. That's why I came back for a second time! I really appreciate the quick and professional service, as well as the beautiful presentation and delicious taste of the soup/broth. I ordered the combination pho noodle dish and it was fantastic compared to others I've tried elsewhere. I stumbled upon this place by accident after a drive on Arctic Valley Road, and I'm so glad I did. Previous reviews on this site also helped me decide where to dine, so I wanted to share my positive experience as well. The Thai iced tea and ice cream with condensed milk were also amazing and gave me a great pick-me-up in the afternoon. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.

We ordered the Pad See Ew dish, chicken wings with fries, and the banhmi sandwich. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The tables were clean and our food was served promptly. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. Overall, the food was delicious!

The waitress was very disrespectful to both myself and my mother, but surprisingly friendly to my father and fiancé while taking our orders. She gave my mother and I a rude glare just for ordering off-menu, but was overly pleasant to my father and fiancé. It was a sexist experience that left a bad taste in our mouths, and we will not be returning to this restaurant despite it being one of our favorites. Thankfully, there are better pho restaurants out there to try instead.

I have visited this restaurant twice before and the coffee I ordered was always as described on the menu. However, this Valentine's Day, the coffee I received had only two sips in it and was mostly filled with crushed ice, and it cost $7. The table was sticky and the menu had hair stuck to it, which made the whole experience feel unsanitary. I feel like I was cheated.
