O'Malley's on the Green - Anchorage

Panoramic views of the Chugach Mountain Range, downtown Anchorage and the golf course abound. While the luncheon menu is limited to salads and sandwiches, the food is good and the server was attentive.

We stopped here because we wanted to eat dinner after a hike up to Flattop Mountain and this golf club restaurant was on the way to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised by the casual atmosphere with nice views and outdoor seating. The food was excellent and the prices reasonable. Our server, Jen?, was friendly and accommodated the special requests of our grandchildren very patiently. They do have a children's menu.

This place is away from everything, but on a golf course. Our host for the night wanted to bring us here for the view. Nothing remarkable inside to talk about. The menu is rather limited. During our visit they seemed to be understaffed, but the service was A+. Our server kept the water filled and kept checking in on us to make sure we were good. All of us ordered something different and had special requests. They were able to accommodate all the requests. I had the Kobe Cheeseburger and twisted fries. Didn't skimp on the food. Everything was great. Would go again

We were directed here by our innkeeper and we weren't disappointed. In fact, both our meals were quite good. I had a pasta dish and my wife had a chicken entree, and both were tasty. Service was friendly and efficient.

We dropped in for entertainment and dessert. Bootleg Brown was playing and we had piece of lemon berry cake and beverages. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service excellent and the establishment was very clean with a great view. We will return on another Friday for their Burger Brew event: A burger, brew and a bucket of balls for the driving range $18. They will showcase a different brewery every Friday night.
