Contribuiți la feedbackWe’re vegetarians and there were two sandwiches on the menu that we could eat. Both were great. There was only one waitress managing the entire restaurant. We had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated but we didn’t mind. She was kind and friendly. She had to turn away about 10-12 groups after us that were waiting to eat as she was working all alone. The management really needs to rethink their staffing strategy. We felt terrible for her having to manage all the tables and the bar.Vegetarian options: The caprese sandwich was delicious!
First of all, I want to stress that the service from the ONE bartender/server/host was actually wonderful. Aside from that this is probably the worst meal/cost quality I've ever had. 2 entrees and 2 drinks cost us 80 dollars and the food was literally frozen-food-from-a-grocery-isle quality. Never again!
My husband and I stopped here for a bite to eat while in Anchorage. It was clear before we sat down that there was too little staff for the number of diners. I had the salmon dinner, which came with mashed potatoes and carrots. It was okay, but it was not worth the price I paid. My husband had a cup of clam chowder, which he enjoyed. Service was slow. She never checked on us during the meal or offered dessert.
It's VERY rare I sit down at a restaurant in an airport, but I had 6+ hours to kill and wanted a real breakfast, so why not? I recommend you get your coffee elsewhere in the airport. I had the seafood omelet: they didn't skimp on protein; plenty of crab and it had pretty good flavors too. Overall, I was happy with it. The potatoes were kind of boring and a little undercooked. Service was fast at first, but after the food came, the server was a ghost. This place is not bad by airport standards.
Came in for breakfast. The food was surprisingly very good for an airport restaurant. Either the lady working needs to find a new job or whoever is writing the schedules needs to be replaced. She was working along (tbh, based on what I saw, it’s doable as one) but she kept turning away people saying she had to clean. Then she just chilled by the computer doing nothing. This went one for 20-30 minutes. I think she just wanted to look busy so the next person coming in would do it. I’m sure airport rent isn’t cheap. She easily turned away about 8 potential tables. Seems to be a common thing in the thread… one more employee to sit more people and make more money. Easy. Adds accountability too.
