Kindred Cafe - Anchorage

I didn't ask for whip cream, left the flavors up to them and this is what I got freshly arrived from the door

Been getting my morning 20oz Vanilla Latte' here at least 2-3x a week for two months now and the baristas are skilled enough that my coffee is consistent regardless of which worker makes it. That's rare for coffee shops. So, if you add their friendly and awesome customer service to that, you got one great place to get your morning pick me up from!

Lotus drinks are awesome, had them from other coffee shops but thought I'd try this one. Going to get a 32 oz for my friend and I to share. Order a 32 oz dragonfruit lotus with light ice. Pay and wait. I received a 24 oz dragonfruit with ice packed to the lid and like 8 oz of the drink in there. So dissatisfied after it took 3 times correcting the barista before she even started making it. Do better, Kindred Spirits.

A friend recommended Kindred Spirits Cafe for their Red Bull Smoothies, claiming they have the best in town. I decided to try it out, and my friend was spot on—the smoothie was fantastic! Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The staff member who assisted us seemed unhappy to be there and didn’t smile once during our visit. Additionally, when it was time to pay, she asked how much tip I wanted to add, which felt inappropriate given her lack of warmth and the annoyed demeanor she displayed. Overall, it wasn't the best experience for me.

This is an excellent place to grab your coffee or Red Bull! There are so many options to choose from. The Red Bull I tried had a surprising flavor combination of white peach, dessert pear, and blue raspberry. The baristas were incredibly friendly, and their service was both quick and professional. It's a fantastic spot for your caffeine fix or any beverage that suits your taste!
