Golden Gate - Anchorage

First time eating here. The food was delicious! I wasn't expecting there to be so much food on the plate when they brought it out. Definitely expect leftovers.

Since I've moved here to Alaska in 1997 I've been going there. The service is quick their food is AMAZING!! I especially love their egg drop soup, egg rolls and their combos (Mongolian beef sweet sour chicken), my boy loves their rice pot stickers (he's picky), my boyfriend loves their spicy foods and their Mongolian Beef and veggies.

This place is the realreal. Don't worry about the reviews on here saying they have terrible customer service. Any problems with that probably come from the fact that these people probably are actually from China and therefore some behavioral cultural differences or misunderstandings. Their food is Bomb fresh you can tell it's made from scratch and the portions are generous price is Affordable. I live a three-minute drive from this place and so glad I do.

My family always gets Chinese here when they’re craving, it’s made fresh in house and without any strong additives so I don’t get stomach issues. Plus their portions are really great for what you pay for, even with takeout.

The general tso chicken is pretty dang good. good sauce flavor and freshly fried crispy chicken. eggrolls are cool, i think they are vegetarian.
