Baskin-robbins - Anchorage

We stopped by for some ice cream and had a great experience. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly. We just wanted a quick cone, and it was perfect!

The food is fantastic, the customer service is excellent, and even the restrooms were well-maintained and clean.

Well, to begin with, it's just a Baskin Robbins, so the ice cream is the same as at any other location. In that sense, it's perfectly acceptable. However, I have to say that the place looks quite shabby and...

This is by far the worst Baskin-Robbins I have ever visited. The ice cream was incredibly old and had a freezer-burned taste. The staff seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than on serving customers.

Unfortunately, this is the only ice cream shop close to my home, and I would prefer to skip it altogether. Today exemplified my reasoning—the line had seven customers, but there was only one staff member serving.
