If you are looking for a true dive bar where the locals hang out, look no further. They serve their drinks stiff and cheap.

Went here again to meet friends and remembered why I never really liked going. No atmosphere even for a small dive type place.

New owners bought the building 12-15-23 and are changing the name to The Ten-01. It's an interesting building and it's a shame it's been closed for so long due to the legal issues of the former owner.

What do you eat at when you are close to the water? Fish and Chips of course! The fish was a bit overcooked but the Tartar sauce was amazing. JoJo's potatoes were a bit different but very. The bar staff was very friendly and attentive. Their drink menu is always changing but the drinks were top notch. I'll be back next time I'm in town
