Wendy's Restaurants - Ancaster

This restaurant has been recently renovated and the decor is great. Very comfy, with soft chairs and couches, a fireplace and new tables. Nice ambiance for a fast food restaurant. The Best part is the Coke machine. It's a newfangled press-screen dispenser that has hundreds of flavour combinations. Self serve pop, juice and water. I tried the vanilla coke, cherry coke and vanilla coke zero. They all were delish! I'll be back there soon, I'm sure.

This Wendy's is terrible for getting orders correct. Every time I bring the order home, there is something wrong or missing. It could be major like a sandwich not in the bag, or minor like no straw in the bag or no dipping sauce for strips etc... They are consistent in getting it wrong every time...

This by far is the worst fast food place I have ever been to. Rarely do they ever get an order right. They take forever and it costs a small fortune. The personel are miserable in addition to resembling something out of a soup kitchen. Not impressed at all

This is me and my son's favorite fast food. The orders are usually accurate and the food is good. The dining atmosphere is good to sit and talk about our busy days.

You guys need to clean the floors were disgusting the seating was dirty all the windows covered in finger prints and 2 inches of dust on the ledges
