We had a delightful experience with our server, Taylor. He is genuinely friendly and knowledgeable, providing efficient and dedicated service that ensures we always enjoy our time at the restaurant. Taylor even goes out of his way to make our children feel welcome, speaking to them by name and always being kind to them. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable!

The poutine was disappointing as the gravy was not hot enough to melt the cheese, leaving it cold. The chicken fingers were tasty, and the chicken parmigiana was also good. However, as we were leaving, we noticed that the restaurant had received a conditional pass on their safety inspection in October due to concerns about food storage, temperature control, and equipment cleanliness.

We decided to order takeout dinner from this restaurant and unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The burgers were dry and lacked any sauce, while my buffalo chicken also had no sauce and was very plain. Additionally, one of the meals was missing fries. We felt like we wasted $80 on 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals.

The service was really good. We sat at the bar to grab some apps and a beer. I asked the server what was on tap. She went through the list. She said that their brew had tasted the same as guineas.Hard pass!!!I tried to get this down in large gulps to avoid the taste. Finally, our server asked how everything was, and I had to tell her how disgusting this beer was.Fortunately, she allowed me to switch my beer to another.Apps were very tasty.I'd go back, but definitely not for that beer.Suggestions: Other restaurants allow you to sample their beers, Jack Astors should do this as well. If I had been given this option to sample, i would not have wasted their beer, and they would not have to count it off as spillage

We went specifically for the cheddar ale soup which has been taken off the menu! Why Jack Astors why?! So very disappointed that it is no longer available. The service was fantastic at this location and the other food we had was quite good. PLEASE BRING BACK THE CHEDDAR ALE SOUP!!
