Wetzel's Pretzels - Anaheim

If you want to pay $47 for 3 pretzels, 1 lemonade and 1 water, than this is your place. Outrageous!!!!! Short Staffed and long line as well. I emailed their Customer service and no response.

Who doesn’t love pretzels and we always stop at this Disney location. The staff is super friendly and they take your order and get you out as quickly as they can. This time the pretzels were super oily and you needed several napkins. The cheese sauce is also salty and a bit too thick for my liking. Also the lemonade has an after taste and is not freshly squeezed. These pretzel bites are gonna cost you a little over $11 ?

If your stores hours say until 1 a.m., then you need to stay open until 1 a.m.

We go to Disneyland once a week.Two weeks ago we we to WP for a late night snack on our walk to our car. We ordered a soda and they didn 't put any ice in it. We took it back and they said they could go get ice if we want it . We demanded a refund, I don 't have time for the kind of attitude they gave us.Last week we went again and they did it to another guy, same scenario, It 's late, no ice, he leaves, returns and requests ice, they go to the back room for it.Now, I get it, we 're there late and they 're trying to get ahead on closing so they 've emptied the ice bin early.But seriously? Why not say something? I 'm sorry, we don 't have ice at the moment. But they just give us the soda with no ice and hope we don 't notice or care? It 's just silly.We still go, but no more sodas for us. Maybe find different ways of getting ahead on your close other than emptying the oce bins early. Or if you 're gonna keep doing it check the attitude about it when people come back which they will wanting ice.

Those pretzel bites with jalapeño cheese sauce is to die for!!!!
