Waba Grill - Anaheim

A restaurant that doesn't have a restroom for paying customers who come in?????? Down there.

Terrible service. It is one thing to be tragically understaffed and stressed. It is another thing not to recognize the customer when they wait for 10 minutes to pick up an online order. I called her a lot. The cook kept looking at me to say nothing. It was deeply annoying and I had to raise my voice to them to finally turn them to me. They're throwing food on me, and they made my order completely wrong. I never go to this place again.

The bastards are delicious. I just tried the chicken dish with vegetables instead of rice. Healthy.

I don't typically give negative reviews because I hate how it affects business but this place has consistently had poor food quality on top of getting orders incorrect. I think they just need better management or a new kitchen manager, I am an avid eater at waba grill and this location just never can get it right. I often times leave the gym and have to actually go out of my way to avoid this location, I will drive an additional 2- 4 miles to find another waba grill because of the lack of food quality. The only thing I've consistently had that meets up to the waba grill standard is the avocado, sorry waba but this location needs some help.
