Tru Grits - Anaheim

Came on a Wednesday night based on the recommendation of the eigelb. No one could help with gluten-free options. decided to skip the food based on lack of trust on allergenic information.

Friendly, helpful staff; efficient and appealing service; good choices on the menu, generous portions; casual atmosphere, quiet for the early diner, more energetic for the later quantity. that was a happy choice for us outside the city.

There was a water leak with a bucket in the middle of the floor next to our table. Set up for the breakfast while we tried to have a business meeting. more than anything I was annoyed that I made this reservation, and nowhere has said that I saw that this was a hotel restaurant. if I missed it, it wasn't obvious enough. will not be back.

I guess I missed when I booked this restaurant for a business dinner that it was in a sheraton 4 points. not the place where I would normally take a group of business partners. I'll say the waiting staff and the food were good, but that was out and there were water buckets everywhere to penetrate when we were gone.

This restaurant is in a hotel lobby. Not great on ambiance. The waitress was sweet but one of the four meals at our table didn’t even one our until everyone else was finished eating.
