Great customer service and the man must say one of the best Poke spots. Fresh fish and sauce was AMAZING

I was here a few times, dear Poki and Sushi. Customer service is always great, especially the big/tall type he is always very helpful. I would highly recommend this place to leave a good tip.

It seems they might still be recovering from the challenges posed by the pandemic, but I can't help but wonder why other businesses, like Poke Co., are thriving. The ordering process involves several steps: choosing a base, toppings, and more, which can be quite confusing. When I reached the sauce selection, there was a board behind the station listing the available options. Although the employee asked if I wanted mild or spicy, they added a sauce I hadn’t chosen after I expressed my preference for non-spicy options. There were at least three other sauces to select from, and rather than asking about them, I felt it was easier to just go along with their choice. Next, I reached the final topping station, where I requested my main toppings. Afterward, the employee took my bowl to the register, but I noticed the roasted sesame seeds and wanted to know if they cost extra. The response I received was less than friendly; the employee seemed irritated despite the fact that there were only two customers present. I also asked about some crispy garlic and roasted onions I hadn’t seen earlier, but it felt like they were eager to rush me along—perhaps more focused on their phones or personal distractions than on customer service. The entire experience felt hasty, akin to trying to remind kids to focus on their chores while they attempted to sneak off. As for the food, I had the Salmon Shrimp and Yellow *** Poke Bowl. The yellow component was excellent—very fresh—but the salmon was disappointing and lacked the quality I've encountered at other places. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be returning. There are plenty of other options to explore. It seems that this restaurant relies heavily on foot traffic from nearby buildings, which might explain the owners’ apparent indifference to maintaining high standards, especially since they face competition from other eateries on the same street.

I had visited this restaurant once before, but I couldn't recall why I hadn't returned until I took my first bite. Unfortunately, the fish had an unusual taste and was slightly frozen. The overall appearance of the dish was off as well; the crab meat looked pale, and the tuna had an unappealing pink hue instead of a rich red. Additionally, the tuna was grainy and falling apart. The selection of toppings was limited, and they charged extra for them. The service was also lacking; I struggled to hear the person at the counter and frequently had to ask them to repeat themselves. Overall, I cannot recommend this place, especially considering the price does not match the quality.

The flavors weren't impressive, and the staff was not very pleasant. However, it is a decent option for poke considering the price.
