They stay open late and honored the 2-for-1 deal on the Western Bacon Cheeseburger, which other Carl's Jr. locations did not. The food was good, and the customer service was excellent.

Hello! I visited this restaurant on a relatively quiet day, and I found it to be very clean. Soft holiday tunes were playing in the background, creating a calm atmosphere. The service was efficient. I tried the Beyond BBQ Burger, and I really enjoyed it! Armando provided me with a pleasant dining experience, and the service was excellent. I will definitely be back!

This location is not open 24 hours. Please update the hours of operation. Many travelers stop here during road trips because it's conveniently off the freeway, and it can be frustrating if their time is wasted.

This is the only Carl's Jr. close to my home, and I've had a pretty good experience there so far! The place is quite clean, and I’ve never encountered any issues. The food is always hot, and the drive-thru line moves along nicely. I gave them four stars because they’re not perfect—achieving perfection is tough in my opinion! I don’t usually visit Carl's, but their Char-Broil deals offer great value for the price!

The drive-thru experience was extremely frustrating due to the long wait. After waiting for what felt like ages, our order was incorrect. This meant we had to wait again after going through the drive-thru a second time. It's really disappointing when mistakes happen, and on top of that, the staff had an attitude. They didn’t offer any compensation or apology, which is important when a customer has been wronged. A simple apology can really help in such situations.
