Baskin-robbins - Anaheim

Love coming to this Baskin-Robbins cause once you get whatever you ordered you can relax outside on the open patio they have. Highly recommend the Stranger Things ice cream flavors they have currently right now. Staff is enjoyable and always seem happy about being there.

The reason for my rating is because it was about 1/2 hour before closing and there were two people being served, then a group of 4 arrived right before me. So there was the one girl serving and another taking her sweet time putting in some pints into the freezer. She saw how many people were stacked up and still didn't make an effort to rush it. When she was done it was my turn so when she faced me I see that her shirt is filthy! It was super gross and it looked pretty bad (in my opinion). Her ice cream scoop servings were minimal as were the toppings. Even though I asked for extra whipped cream and nuts she barely even put any on. Not once did she offer a friendly smile or anything.. She does not represent the BR brand very well.

Alondra was really kind and helpful. Offered sampled for new flavors I was interested in. She was super patient with me even when I realized I didn't have enough on my card for my purchase. She didn't make me feel bad for it, which I appreciated a lot, lol. Great customer service on her part and just a kind person overall!

Horrible customer service I came in an hr before they closed, As soon as I walked in with my son he pointed to the flavor he wanted immediately the girl behind the counter told me nothing on that side of the counter was avaliable,I wasn 't allowed to order from one side of the counter because the girl was cleaning but the 7 customers that came in after me were allowed to order from that side of the counter. The girl clearly didn 't want to deal with my order and was hoping I would leave but didn 't anticipate that her coworker would start serving ppl from the same counter she told me wasn 't avaliable we ended up buying 2 cones just to throw them away as he didn 't like either flavor. To top it off their employees don 't even wear name tags.come on girl with the over the top eyeliner you just ruined a little boys night all cus you were too lazy to serve a scope of ice cream ????

Yup needed some good PB and Chocolate. Happy wife happy life.
