Silk Road - Amsterdam

Very pleasant culinary experience! I'm hard to please and can honestly say that I was thrilled. the service was impeccable. the calves and spasm were excellent! even the egg was a beautiful tasty bite. the reviews of this restaurant almost discouraged me from trying it, but I am glad that I did it anyway! as a tourist from the usa I felt welcomed by the friendly servers; they offered great recommendations. I'd be feeding again.

We enjoyed a nice meal here while we stayed at the moevenpick. it is a bit on the expensive side, but eating is tasteful, the menu varies and the wine selection is quite beautiful. taste the own wein of moevenpick. beautiful. decor is smartly ordered and modern with view of the canal and the many passagier ships that dock down. there is a wonderful outdoor terrace to sit as well. service was professional and friendly. we also have this same dining room to enjoy breakfast, which was very impressive and worth the price.

I ordered a Medium steak and it was unfortunately almost well done. The steak was to dry. Location is great. The California Salad (starter) was nothing special.
