Very well hidden gem. they would not expect this place from the tourist route in utrechtsestraat. they serve the best meat in amsterdam for a very good price. the quality of the ingredients is the second to none. drytime meat is particularly good, it is likely to put more expensive than normal steaks on others, but the taste is also distinctly different. burgers are also good, but steaks are only the next level. the menu is quite simple, but this shows that the focus is on meat. paz is mine

Magnificent! best steak in amsterdam. some other places like ron have similar steaks, but are not cooked on open fire and is super expensive. paz was great. the service was very friendly and informative. they know their steaks and cook them. they have a good time and get them dry aged steaks!

Excellent discovery, it is a cozy place with an open fire grill. the tenderoin is better than the ribeye when you asked me. the carved vegetables have a garlic cream sauce to die. they also have asahi bier. great service. great decoration and vibe. These young are expert for meat and cook it on open fire to perfection. amazing atmosphere, good mood. if you want the best participation in a cool environment, this is the place to go!

Great steak place. I have tried ‘Dry Aged Ribeye Steak’. Not only meat! the desserts are also very delicious, also the juices are delicious! Good value for money. Recommend to eat here!
