Jansz. - Amsterdam

Had a fantastic dinner the atmosphere is lovely and the staff wonderfully attentive and so accommodating I was fortunate to sit at the chefs table you should try to reserve that if you can or a nice outside table or an inside table by the window.the wine choices recommendations were all pert decor with each course The starter was a delicious mushroom and cauliflower combination with a terrific sauce that was light and satisfying incredible Dover soul in a butter sauce and the chef trained in NY at Jean Georges )made me a special fruit tarts custard with sorbet that I had with champagnes that was a perfect and rich ending to a memorable meal.

I never wrote a review before, however after the dinner last night I felt I had to. The restaurant is elegant and chic and the service was impeccable. Thank you to our waiter (tall blond guy).

Afgelopen zaterdag heb ik mijn verjaardag daar gevierd! De bediening was super scherp, flexibel, ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, echt helemaal top! Het eten was heerlijk! Ik ben een zeer tevreden klant.

Love the atmosphere, they they keep modern yet it in touch with the history of the building. Excellent food and service at reasonable prices, I will definitely put it on top of my go to list when in Amsterdam

Chef Cassidy did an amazing job treating us to the best of Jansz. We were wowed from start to finish. Lovely decor, amazing food, and a great location; we would definitely recommend it to others!
