The restaurant was closed. I was unable to have lunch.

We flew into for a client lunch at the restaurant after having confirmed by email the reservation. The restaurant was closed and we were told by the staff there was no lunch service We had to find another restaurant for our clients in 15 minutes. So, overall not a great experience.

My wife and I found this restaurant via a restaurant cadeaukaart that I received from my work. We opted for the 5 course chefs tasting menu. We informed the restaurant of our gluten free and crustacean dietary restrictions in the booking and they took care to design the tasting menu with this in mind. The food was well prepared, tasty, and had good presentation. The service was friendly and attentive. The menu included both a sweet and savory amuse bouche as well as a nice bread course, so we felt the portions were good for the money spent. We weren't sure what to expect with the restaurant in a very touristy part of town but it is off the main street and seemed to host a lot of locals (I think we were the only ones not speaking Dutch). Overall I really enjoyed it and would definitely return.
