China Sichuan Chengdu B.v. Amsterdam

A friend suggested that this branch has the prettiest decoration among 3 locations! We ordered dumplings with chili oil (so so the meat filling was too little! , crispy peking duck, blackpepper sizzling beef with vegetables and kunpo chicken. Since one friend can’t handle spicy food, we ordered the normal and 1 level of chili sign menu! It was totally fine for her The crispy peking duck is juicy and flavorful. We also love the sauce of the blackpepper beef. The kunpo chicken was quite different from our expectations because we thought the sauce will bit a bit dry and using cashews instead of peanuts. Still it was a good one!

Good interior and good service. Taste was ok, but one was crazily salty. The menu price looks ok, but there is only very little food in those huge dish plates/bowls. As three people who don’t eat much, we ordered three very big dishes, and one side dishes then finally felt good. It was not like this before, I don’t know what happened

Seemed authentic, however the three dishes we had were too salty… (three out of three! too bad cause the taste was on point. Because it was too salty we had to order a second plate of rice. This place won’t disappoint for spicy food lovers.

I was there twice and his amazing. eating is of very good quality and the prices are very fair for amsterdam. I would definitely recommend to them the authentic veruan dishes such as mapo tofu. this time we went for beijing ente and sweet and sour crispy pork, the first was amazing and the latter was also great, though not as good as their mapo tofu or other spicy dishes. service was also friendly. eating wisely probably one of the best I have tried in the last few years.

Hang down the best seuan eat that I had in a very long time. it brought me the joy and many memories back to my time in chengdu. the most authentic food I had outside of China and the staff is very polite and recommends the best food and what goes with it. Many thanks for the short trip of aromen, arrogen and atmosphere of china and chengdu. and for the foreigners.: please do not try to search them or eat for the usual Chinese quickly. try to ask the personal and enjoy local chengdu and seuan kitchen and open them for an explosion of aromen in their mouth. many thanks for the return storage lane.
