Cafe Coffee Day - Amrāvati

Please read this review for your safety, before visiting this place. Ccd has lost all the good employees at Amravati Center. I was a regular visitor of this place. But for quite sometime now, there are issues i faced because of the staff. AC was not on in one of my visits. When i complained, the manager said we can't switch it on as we have already raised a ticket for repair. They have stopped accepting debit/credit cards. Everytime there is just one excuse: our machine is not working. And the most horrible experience was when i visited the center one day at 10:30 p.m. The staff said our manager is on leave, hence we close early. When i said that 11 p.m. is the official time, i was threatened to leave. I was literally told that call anyone you can, we won't serve you. I was with my wife and little one and was perplexed with the intimidation. When i was moving out of the premises out of fear, i found some people drinking and smoking in the premises of ccd (outside seating area), who were hooligans and probably friends of the staff of ccd. The lights were closed by the staff and we felt very unsafe while moving out. They were almost eve-teasing us. This was the reason why they wanted to shut early. Please do not visit this center. They have literally hired criminals. Their competitors even at 11:30 pm are safer and better.

Nice atmosphere. No outside food allowed. Outdoor sitting available. Have variety of coffee. Good food. Corn palak sandwich was yum. Coffee was not so good as I don't like too strong one. Service okok. Must remind customer's order next time.

Decent place with good vibes Especially good in the evening for chilling.... Staff is well mannered.... Overall it's very good place

CCD ambience is good, service is fair, nice place to hang out. But even on Sunday evening it was empty, so felt bad for CCD that more people should visit

I visited CCD with my three friends around 12 o 'clock on 3rd April, I ordered three Frappé coffee, Prajyot Ingle took my order of three coffees And made me pay for three coffees, When I started scanning Cafe Coffee QR code, He told me that this Cafe Coffee Day QR code is not working and asked me to pay Rs.969 through Google Pay on his personal number. "Rs 323 per Frappé coffee "I sent them the money through Google Pay.When he brought us the coffee, we were amazed by the coffee and when we tested it, it was a cold coffee,Later, when I got suspicious, I asked him for the bill,he told me that their billing machine not working and the bill will be emailed to you,When I told them that I have not only given you the email address then he said that the bill will be sent to your mobile number,Till now this bill has not arrived on my mobile number,Now I am planning to file a complaint in consumer court but please help me ,And really tell the original price of that coffee ,It was a very bad experience.
