Le Labo De Fredo - Ampus

Spent a fun and unexpected evening chatting with Fredo and his multilingual wife Virginie. Genuine warm hospitality that truly made our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and the burger was something else! Small but worthwhile selection of local wines too. If you like honest french food with matching hospitality this is the place.

Our pizzas were stil in the oven when a super heavy rain shower spoiled the sphere on the outdoor terrasse. But no problem for Fred who greatly improvised by moving our table into the tight hallway ... with great insights into their kitchen. So we enjoyed great tasty pizzas while staying all dry ... despite this hell of a shower poring down. Thanks Fred!

We were welcomed nourished at Le Labo de Frédo as though we were family. The food was delicious, the people cared about our allergies. We left replenished!
