Spectacular food and service! Everything was so good, we ate here 3 times in 6 days. Our Server Oscar was excellent and totally knowledgeable of the menu. Over the course of 3 meals, we tried each of the appetizers on the menu. Highlights were the oysters and scallops. All the apps were great, but these 2 stood out. The oysters are served baked with the a shaved black truffle over the top in an amazing sauce. Who would've thought oysters and truffles complement each other so well! I was waiting for a smash of crazy flavors... but it was superb. Chef Paolo Della Corte knocks it out of the park with this combination. The scallops were perfectly prepared and excellent. I would suggest any of the apps though. Like the fois gros brûlée, which is actually richer than it sounds, as well as the bone marrow. For dinner over the 3 nights we had the pork chop, ribeye, chicken breast, sausage and mushroom pizza, fettuccine with fennel sausage, and the 28 day dry aged T-Bone with fresh shaved truffle. I would suggest any of those items, and truthfully, probably anything on the menu. It was all so amazing! wonderful!

Great steak house has that low light ambiance with a touch of an upscale club with the DJ spinning music in the perch above, something different. The food is amazing, always enjoy dinner, the starters are filling, don't be fooled by the portions, scallops, tartar, or Wagyu lollipops are nice options. The drinks are nice, the London Mule is refreshing. Tomahawk is a great choice to share with people, the fettuccine and lamb ravioli are very good IMHO. Dessert is tasty, had vanilla ice cream with raspberry sorbet, so good. Their service has always been outstanding, never have to worry about being taken care of. The staff does a nice job of explaining the options on the menu along with recommendations.

My husband and I had dinner at Ardea Los Cabos for the first time and it was truly the best experience. Saul our server was AMAZING, we ordered everything he recommended and couldn’t be happier. The food and drinks exceeded our expectations and Saul was so kind and made it extra special for our honeymoon. We can’t recommend Ardea enough and hopefully you can get Saul as your server to complete the whole experience. We will definitely be back! :

Excellent at all levels. The fillet mignon is actually a « Pavé de veau ». They have a aging room, which explain why the meet is so delicious. Excellent also is the vine to pair with it. The sommelier was able to explain me the wine selection in details. The only reason I lower food rating is because they over charge for wine. I expect a three time price over retail price, but five time is too much.
