Don't ask for ketchup, They can't give more than three packs per ff order... I told my son if he ran out its too bad they will not give him more....and attitude....rude....gosh won't stop again!Food: 1/5

Stay away from the North Hills street location unless you like waiting half an hour for your order. I'm not exaggerating on that. I went through the drive thru to pick up my online order, they told me to pull up and I sat there for thirty minutes. They seemed to have plenty of staff and it wasn't that busy, so I don't understand why they were so slow. Never going back to that one! The one on 8th st is better but they're bad about getting orders wrong. Another time they said they didn't get my online order and I showed them the order from their location on my phone but they said they couldn't do anything about it, so I had to get a refund through the app and wait 7 business days for that refund. I left out of frustration and went to the Frontage rd location which is by far the best out of the three in Meridian. Be sure to check if you order an extra piece of cheese because they most likely will not include it at any of the locations. Burger King now cheats people who order a double cheeseburger. It should have two pieces of cheese just like it shows on their picture but now they only give you one piece of cheese and if you want two you have to pay an extra .50 for it. Burger King's food overall isn't as good as it use to be. The hamburgers have shrunk at least 35% in size and they don't make them fresh anymore. They throw precooked barely warm patties and cold cheese on buns. The cheese doesn't even melt like it use to. I miss the old days when the food, service and prices were better.

Very nice server took my order! Even customized my meal the way I wanted it and didn't complain. She also went to the kitchen and I heard her making sure my meal was correct before bringing it to me only minutes later. Great food and great service today for sure.

This location, like the one on North Hills in Meridian, is not representative of Burger King. The stores are poorly staffed, orders are often incorrect, the dining rooms are closed and even mobile orders are a hassle. My recommendation...if you're in any kind of a hurry, don't come here. Management is non-responsive, and things are getting worse not better. Last time I stood at the front counter without anyone in the store for five minutes. No one ever came to take an order. Today at the 8th Avenue store, the dining room is closed and there are cars wrapped around the building. I've been in line for 15 minutes and moved up four cars...to pick up a mobile order. Something has got to give because I like eating here. I spent 7 minutes at the windows waiting for my order to be figured out.

It is the same story every time I've stopped here. Loooong wait (we're the only ones here in the drive thru and it's 11:30am) . I'm not understanding if the owner lives out of town or what.
