The employees were cursing, and the manager was no better she was letting it happen. I just feel like the place isn't as clean as it could be. he employees just acted so ghetto.

Stopped in this afternoon and was told by a staff member that the dining room was closed and we had to use the drive through after ordering at the drive through we noticed that people were walking in and ordering when we got our food I asked the lady at drive through if dining room was actually open and she said yes I am going to assume that the Girl that told us it was closed was probably getting off work and did not want to have to clean up anything either way, very bad customer service on their end food was mediocre at best will not be going back

Stop in on Sunday 5/30/22 at 3:50pm to order my son some chicken I was the only person in line and it took them 5 min to Acknowledge me at the counter. Once they acknowledge me they argued over who was going to take my order referring to me as this . Worst customer service ever will never eat another Popeyes.

This place is another one that has gone so far down hill since they opened. I get popcorn shrimp and they taste like little tiny rocks tbh! The wait here is 30 min plus and then you gotta 80% chance your order is going to be wrong or missing items for sure! The staff is rude.

Just left Popeyes location after waiting in the drive through line for 45 minutes. Finally pull up to speaker to order and was told the system was down and they were not able to take anymore orders. I asked how long have they known because we been waiting in line for a long time she said about 30 minutes I asked why didn’t they have someone standing outside notifying people waiting and she said because there were no workers. This has to be the worst operating Popeyes ever, management is horrible and clearly not very experienced.
