Tim Hortons - Amherstburg

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I was there, four employees were busy in the kitchen with a gift session, leaving me sitting and waiting with a gift card. The woman who served me seemed overwhelmed, and I can't blame her for seeming stressed. From now on, I will go to the Tim Hortons in Lasalle for my coffee or anything else. The service here was slow and lacking compared to other locations.

I think the most noticeable thing about this particular Timmie's is that it's connected to other shops in the complex usually a full size Timmie's is free standing. Anyhow, they had butter tarts which is what I desperately wanted having been out of Canada...for almost a full year. And I got my mocha as always. For me it was great because it was my first Timmie's in a year, the butter tart was good, the mocha was fine, I was with my dad who I also hadn't seen in almost a year, and we needed the free wi fi to figure out where we were going. It was relatively clean (seating area and ladies restroom), we had relatively friendly service, and the food/drink was something I was looking forward to. Free wi fi, the new rewards program (dad was given a card), and so reasonable compared to Starbucks and the like.

Went for coffee with my brothers and sister yesterday night ... there was students spread out on almost ever table doing home work.. some taking up 6 seats and the buzzers going off for minutes at a time.. unexceptable... too bad will not be back!

I have been going for coffee with my brothers/ sister every Thursday for years.... and never had a bad experience or coffee. Great place to meet and socialize.

Go for coffee every morning, I've never had a bad cup of coffe, the staff is very efficient And courteous
