Rosa's Restaurant & Pizzeria

Can't be more direct. had a great pizza on the lunch break, was a bit casual, but still very tasty. at another occasion we ordered a queen size preme (super, deluxe, etc.) and it was nothing else than brot for the largest part, aka. lack of...cheese, sose and not generous with the toppings. will definitely reappear, but surely no take-out pizza will order forward. pink, what happened to your pizza?!

So we ordered for our family of 4 and it cost 80$, mins they had left us. I ordered a full order gnocchi and it was awfully small. I understand that gnocchi very fills, but for 17$ I expected more than what I got....We have garlic bread with our order and it was rock hard not to eat it. the children enjoyed their meals (spinet and chicken fingers.) my man ordered a panzerotti and he was underwhelmed. over the whole meal was okay. but for $80 we expected more. this order was a delivery order and it was not ready for another 20 minutes after the time that my man should pick it up. we have eaten in restaurant and the service is amazing!

My husband and I were at Rosa’s last night, Fri May18. We arrived at 6pm, we’re seated promptly, menus given and water brought. Our friends had been there before and recommended what dishes to order. 60 minutes after we had been seated and ordered, our...friend asked if bread was being brought to the table. The server had forgotten and said she would bring it right out. A few minutes later our friend requested the bread a second time. Our salads were brought out delicious house dressing) along with a bread basket. Our friend asked about the possibility of getting more salad dressing. He was told it would be no problem. I watched the server bring the dressing, stop at another table then turn around and take the dressing back to the kitchen. Another server asked if we were finished with the salad bowls and could she take the bowls away. We told her we were waiting for extra salad drawing to dip the bread in. She brought it right out. Our server brought the meals to our husbands and left. She went on to serve other tables. She then returned to ours to see how the food was, she realized at that time she has only served half the table. She said “ oh I forgot to get the other orders”, left and returned with the other plates. While this was going on there was another table behind us with kids at it. They were also complaining to staff about the missed meals and unusual amount of time e everything was taking. We had veal parmigiana with tomato sauce, 2 veal parmigiana with blush sauce and one chicken parmigiana with blush sauce. The food portion was amazing Could easily split) and delicious! We took food home with us. We will return because our friends are moving to Amherstburg and the food was delicious. Here’s hoping a second visit will have much better service- everyone can have an off night.

I always go to Rosa's Pizza for delicious local pizza. They top their pizzas with fresh mushrooms and the sauce is fantastic.

I went to Rosa's for dinner this evening along with 4 other family members. We had veal parmesan and pasta. Someone had Panzarotti. Another had chicken parmesan. And I had the best pizza burg I have ever had. The food and service was magnificent. The...waitress who's name was Sandra was very pleasant and very attentive to our needs. She was comical at the same time. A very nice, relaxing dinner. I would highly recommend this restaurant s well as this waitress. Well worth the 45 minute drive.
