I feel as if he bit off more than he could chew reopening Krusty’s. Ordered today due to the wait at Krusty’s and drove to Amherstburg from Windsor. We ordered when the wait was only 30 minutes, after an hour we drove there after not receiving a text message at all only to find out that they didn’t even get the order. Benefit of the doubtmaybe it was a systems issue. He said he could make it in about 10 minutes great. Exceptit wasn’t the pizza that we ordered, and the dough was totally undercooked raw. Of course, we didn’t realize until we got back to Windsor. When we called to tell them that it was the wrong pizza and it shouldn’t have tomato’s or onions he responded with “oh I thought it did have that”. He offered to remake it and I said we’re in Windsor and his response was, ‘sorry, I don’t know’. Seriously? This was the worst experience we’ve had there super disappointing. Won’t be back.

Usually a pretty good experience, Seems like everytime we order the quality drops. Yesterday was not a good one Panzo was burnt black on the bottom, the poutines fries were so over cooked I thought I was eating dried vegetables sticks, was also half a bottle of ranch poured over the top, an exaggerated amounted, was like a soup.
