Tim Hortons - Amherst

Out of the three local Tim Hortons locations, this is definitely the best one to visit. The staff is charming and friendly, the atmosphere is always welcoming, and the menu options and quality are quite good. There is plenty of seating available and a convenient parking lot. It is also located near malls and other food businesses.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant when I tried to use my Tim's card to collect points but was told I needed to mention it before placing my order. My friend was disappointed that they only offer medium-sized French vanilla drinks, and my girlfriend questioned the price of her medium French vanilla with skim milk. I only buy French vanilla coffee here, but now I won't be returning. I feel like the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.

Stopped for coffee and a muffin yesterday during the day. Great service, nice staff. Service was not too fast. I'm gonna recomment this restaurant to anyone who's going through.

The service at this restaurant may have been lacking due to new employees, but it will likely improve with time. Despite this, the quality of the food and coffee is consistently very good, making it a popular choice for diners.

Busy drive thru, do yourself a favor and go incan get crazy busy.
