Tim Hortons - Amherst

This location is absolutely terrible. My experience today has put me off returning here permanently. While I was waiting at the window for my order, I witnessed an employee speaking really poorly to another staff member. She used offensive language and was extremely disrespectful, completely belittling her in front of customers, myself included. It made me feel uncomfortable, and even though I wanted to say something, I didn't. The poor girl looked so distressed. No one deserves to be treated that way. It seems like everyone here is always so downcast, and I now understand why.

Good coffee .... BUT I like my donuts without flies on them ... it's almost October no reason for a display full of flies .

The coffee was great and the apple fritter was fresh, even at 5 PM.

It's great to have Wendy's and Tim's in the same place but man the drive thru could have been laid out better also the pavement needs done like yesterday way to many Ruts and pot holes for my liking and pay your staff more like the deserve it and you know they

I've never had any problems with my order, and the staff is consistently friendly. However, the drive-thru can be quite slow during busy periods.
