The staff looks so unorganised. They need some Indian people to work there .

Food is absolutely terrible quality, definitely not what it used to be. Not this particular restaurants fault, I think it's just the company as a whole. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visited a friend in NS, I'm from the States and wanted to see if KFC is generally a terrible experience no matter where you go anymore. It is. Food was cold, as if the warmers they keep things to temp weren't working properly. Staff were nice but honestly did nothing to make it right. I don't know what I expected. Ever since the 2000s, Pizza Hut, Wendys, and KFC have drastically gone down in quality. I'm not sure if it's due to my generation not feeling like working, a lack of leadership, faulty equipment, or a mix of the three. I hope as a business that KFC kicks it up a notch, as our local GAS STATION serves better chicken. Amherst deserves better.
