Wildfire Grillhouse & Lounge - Amherst

The restaurant was fantastic. We only ordered an appetizer as we were planning to enjoy plenty of draft beer. The loaded cheese fries paired perfectly with our drinks. The staff were friendly and attentive.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my lunch at this restaurant. After being disappointed by the quality of food at another Chucks Roadhouse, I was a bit hesitant about this visit. However, I am happy to report that the food was delicious. I ordered a burger with fries and although it didn't come with the sauce I wanted, the staff had no problem accommodating my request. I usually don't eat the bun, but this time I enjoyed it so much that I ate the whole thing. The wine was also very good. I rarely have dessert at a restaurant, but when I saw the Sticky Toffee Pudding with pecans, caramel sauce, and ice cream on the menu, I couldn't resist. It was super delicious. And the best part? The price was incredible. The service was friendly as well. I will definitely be returning.

I would like to express my gratitude to the staff at Chuck's Roadhouse Bar Grill. Every time I or my friends visit, we receive excellent service. Tonight, I went with two friends and the food was amazing, cooked to perfection. On July 16, 2022, the food was hot and served on time, and our server was extremely polite. She went out of her way to accommodate my severe food allergy to a common spice, making sure my meal was prepared correctly. The staff always goes above and beyond to make changes to my order without any hassle or extra charge. I am extremely grateful for their extra effort and support. After paying the bill, I even called the manager over to express my gratitude for the hard work the staff puts into each meal. Whether it's during lunch rush, dinner rush, or late at night, the team always works hard to ensure a great dining experience for customers. Thank you to the front and back of house staff for consistently providing excellent service and delicious food. Keep up the great work, Caleb W. Chuck's Roadhouse was a great place to eat in. We visited while the restriction framework was in the Red Zone. There was a 25min wait but we had arrived at peak dinner time and happily sat in the car while waiting to be called . Time flew by! Upon entry, Chuck's has a large dining room with a great flow especially over by the fireplace and big windows. I noticed lots of patio tables outside clearly ready to be used in the summer season. Our waitress/server was very friendly and checked up on us quite often. She was able to offer suggestions on the menu and advise about what items contained. The food was great! We had mozzarella sticks which were a bit small but still incredible. They were served with a white sauce instead of marinara sauce which was odd but it was good. We had the peppercorn steak with a side of onion rings. It was cooked properly and full of flavour. We also tried the smokehouse burger with fries and gravy. It is topped with onion rings and we added some of the gravy from our fries to it best decision ever. For sure will be back! Can't wait to try more if the menu.
