Taco Bell - Amherst

Worst Taco Bell in Lorain county. I will be contacting Taco Bell Corporate Headquarters in regard to how Terrible the staff has perpetually been for 20 years.They have had at least 2 remodels and one rebuild in the time I can remember and yet the staff is always consistently terrible. How is that even possible?!They never give you all of your food.The person at the drive thru window was very rude. On my most recent visit, the person running the window did not include enough sauce packets and we asked for more. They gave us 8 packets for 9 items. It is not unreasonable to need more than that. We got their attention to ask for more sauce packets.The person waved their arms around and never opened the window for us, walked away and ignored us. We did not do anything to provoke this.Then when I called a short time later after discovering that I had 2 missing items, the person who answered the phone sounded drunk. I asked the person their name. They were incomprehensible, possibly drunk. I had to ask their name 3 times and am still not sure what they said. MAYBE "Dennis. "This location cannot get an order right even with mobile ordering!Their staff is rude and incompetent. They are the worst Taco Bell in the county.I would like my order replaced free of charge.I just noticed that there is a check box on the order sticker for mobile orders. There is SPECIFICALLY a place for them to check your order for accuracy. No surprise here that the order was NOT checked and the checkbox on the receipt was not marked off.I am sick of wasting gas to drive back there for their mistakes.

Went to drive thru, service was very good. Food was pretty good and order was accurate.

Why have a mobile order lane if u can't use it???? Everytime I come here and have a mobile order and pick it up through the drive-thru get up to the window to be told next time put it as a counter pickup.

They are always rude when I can hear and never get my order right. They never add on extras even though i payed for them and gave me a frozen chalupa
