Subway - Amherst

This is a favorable situation, but it always seems under personal. eating is good and the staff is friendly, but they have a person working in the rule.

Good luck getting these girls to make you a sub ???? they sit outside and smoke cigarettes and when a customer goes in to subway they b**ch because they have to quit smoking and tend to customers, after this experience and hearing the way they act and talkabout people because they have to do their job, which they was hired for I won't be back nor my family, this place isridiculous! A joke!! Unfriendly staff, the blonde seems so high she doesn't know what is going on around her smfh absolutelyterrible staff and their attitudes here!!!

It's a good location but I don't think staff takes it seriously. Every time I order meatball melts I get regular meatball subs. No extra cheese or anything else and they don't look close to a meatball melt. This is the second time so don't think I'll becoming back to this location.

I want to give a shout out too the girl that made my sandwich there today with the subway headband and blonde hair. You are very nice and good at your job!! Thank you!!!!

I thought making sandwiches was a fairly simple task, but I was wrong I guess. My husband and I ordered online and all of our sandwiches were wrong. We both had the wrong bread and they never told us they were out or had to substitute. They also didn'tgive us our cheese, he ordered pepper jack and I got American but they were no where to be found. I also didn't have mayo onmine and it was clearly ordered. This place messes up constantly, worst subway I've ever seen!!!!!!!!!!
