Dunkin' - Amherst

I only get coffee typically but this one is fast and tge cup don't leak.

This Dunkin is a part of our family! Molly makes us feel so welcome and knows our order by heart.She is sweet and comforting no matter what kind of a day we are having.

I moved to this area a couple of months ago and have been to this Dunkin' a few times. The iced coffee is always watered down, it doesn't even taste like coffee.

It was like most Dunkins. It had some more comfy chairs and tables than most...more like Starbucks....but in Dunkin way.

Unfortunately this place is hit or miss. You either get a cold bagel that hasn’t been toasted when requested, or a burnt bagel almost inedible. Both with either 2 lbs of cream cheese or a thin layer. Coffee is inconsistent. Service, as well, is hit or miss. You either get a cheery person at the drive thru or someone who doesn’t say a word except the total.Service industry as a whole has gone downhill, quickly, and unfortunately this location is a victim of this. Go 1 mile up to another one if you have the chance. Or go to another business all together.
