Buffalo is not exactly known for its great pizza. Many places here overload their pies with cheese and sauce, which can be overwhelming. What really matters is finding the right balance, rather than going to extremes. Personally, I prefer a pizza with light sauce and light cheese—it's the ideal way to enjoy a pie. The perfect combination of sauce, cheese, crust, and toppings is essential. Regardless of your personal preference, Blaze Pizza allows you to customize your pizza just the way you like it. That’s what makes it the best pizza restaurant in Buffalo, without a doubt.

This pizza was really excellent! I ordered the vegan thick crust with red sauce, vegan cheese, and added vegan chorizo. I even drizzled some barbecue sauce on top, which I believe is also vegan. We really enjoyed it! It's a fantastic concept, but I deducted one star because they only offer one type of vegan protein, and there wasn't much of it on my pizza. If they could add more vegan protein options and make it commercially viable, I would be more inclined to visit frequently. When I come back, I’d like to expect a vegan cheese pizza with a variety of vegetable toppings. I appreciate that they cater to vegans, and I’m happy they’re here. More vegan protein options would definitely earn them an extra star!

The pizza is prepared right in front of you, and the staff is extremely professional and friendly. Every bite is packed with cheesy goodness, and I was genuinely amazed at how delicious the original crust, which is a thin layer of dough, tasted. I didn’t expect the flavors to be so vibrant and satisfying. This is great food to enjoy any time, day or night!

The atmosphere is lovely, and the prices are very reasonable. You'll definitely get your money's worth when it comes to pizza. Everything is fresh, and you have the option to choose your own toppings.
