Contribuiți la feedbackI HATE posting negative reviews but I did not enjoy my lunch at this restaurant. First of all I couldn?t understand the order taker because he was so soft spoken. Secondly, the restaurant was freezing. Water was dripping from the vents and theyhad wet floors just lying down sideways on the ground. Thirdly, we had considered eating in the car because it was so cold butwe waited so long. Finally, good food is worth the wait but I?m sorry the food was nasty. The boneless wings were sittingin a pool of oil and the breading was so thick it hurt the roof of my mouth. Even though we walked in hungry we didn?t finishour meals. The only nice thing is even though they messed up my order and gave me the wrong side they at least made it rightright away.
I hate to give bad reviews. The food was good. The portions were fair. The employees were nice. It was 2pm on a Tuesday. Only 2 people were there when I arrived and no one else came in to eat except 1 person that came in to pick up an order. So itwasn't busy at all. However, the entire restaurant was filthy. That is an absolute deal killer for a restaurant. The healthdepartment would shut you down on the spot. I am not joking. Every single surface in the place was greasy. The front counter,the window counter for picking up your order, the pop machine, many of the tables. You could see that the touch screen thecounter person uses was extremely dirty. The kitchen is very visible and all the prep surfaces were filthy. The sides of thekitchen equipment, same. It looked bad all the way to the back As I said, the employees were nice. Their clothes were notclean either. They weren't busy. There was quite a bit of standing around so they could have been cleaning. Sorry for the badreview but this is not acceptable for a restaurant
The wings, whether boneless or bone-in, were delicious. The Louisiana Rub flavor had a perfect crunch on the outside and was juicy on the inside. The Cajun flavor provided just the right amount of heat—not too spicy at all. The fries were well-seasoned, although a bit greasy, but overall very tasty. I did have to wait almost 20 minutes from the time I ordered until I received my food. It's worth noting there is no Wi-Fi, bike racks, delivery, or catering available. However, I definitely plan to return! Every order comes with a 20 oz drink, which can be upgraded to a 32 oz. For $10.49, you get 8 wings (with two different flavors available from four sauce choices), fries (or another side), plus the drink. There's a dollar extra charge for bone-in wings.
I've moved around a lot throughout my life, and Wingstop has always been my favorite restaurant. However, I've visited this particular Wingstop twice, and both times the food was poorly prepared. The cleanliness of the establishment was also disappointing. I assumed the first visit was just an anomaly, but it's surprising how they managed to make my experience even worse the second time. Take a look at this order of original hot boneless wings.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered through DoorDash, but my order was incorrect. When I called to resolve the issue, I was told to come in and then the call ended abruptly. I called again while I was on my way to replace the order. Upon arrival, chaos reigned; no one had received their food. The supervisor, who had hung up on me earlier, was overheard in the back ranting and cursing on the phone about not having fries. At one point, another customer left in frustration, exclaiming, “Forget it! Just give my money to someone else,” after being denied a refund for their own incorrect order. I noticed several other customers expressing their anger about the long wait and order mix-ups. When I asked for the name of the rude employee and a number to contact for a potential refund, I was simply told to “look online.” After waiting an hour and a half, my food was finally ready—three hours after I placed my DoorDash order. For those who know me, I typically order Wingstop twice a week. I understand that restaurants can be busy and mistakes happen, but I have never encountered such rudeness or poor service before.
